"When I first used this, I sprayed on way too much and it stunk up the room so badly… a TINY amount goes a long way, guys. Just spray in a couple locations (ankles, wrist) and spread it out. Otherwise, the smell will just be super overpowering. Don’t get me wrong, it’s a nice scent but not in big quantities."

It does have a strong smell. That kind of makes me feel a little nauseous but I think that’s just me would recommend it because it is natural but just beware, it might come damaged probably best to just order somewhere else."
