"So I'm chronically constipated and a co-worker recommended this product. She claimed that one night after the initial dose, she was cleared out. I was intrigued. So I waited until a Friday night, just in case it kept me glued to the ladies' room all weekend and I took my initial dose (3 tablets as directed) at 2am. My stomach was unsettled throughout my sleep and by 8 am I had a normal BM. I also felt a touch nauseous and I wasn't sure if that was from dinner or due to the product. By 8:30, I felt a pain in my stomach and a need to hit the toilet ASAP or my panties were going to pay the penalty. This time it was like molten lava and a punch to my gut. But again, still a success story? And I assume this is just the beginning! So for effectiveness I'd say 5 stars. But because I almost had an accident, I don't like the feeling of impending puke or the right hook to my stomach while going, I had to give it 4 stars overall. It's not an easy delivery, but definitely a fast one!"
