"I bought this product because my knee was very swollen. I stayed home from work and was trying to figure out how to return with my pain. At home I could stay off of it and ice it. This was the answer I found. I love this so much because you can use it for cold and hot. I finally got an injection in my knee but it helped so much until I could get to the doctor. When you are a first time patient it takes a while and urgent care doesn’t give injections it comes from a specialist. The knee brace is well made and the gel packs get really cold. Absolutely love this product. I think everyone should have one just in case you need it."

"This ice pack is truly a game change for someone with knee issues. I am recovering for knee surgery for a torn meniscus and also have pretty bad osteoarthritis in the same knee. This is pack ices your entire knee at once. I saw a comment that it doesn't stay cold for long. I have not experienced that at all. I can usually ice my knee 2-3 times before the gel packs have to go back in the freezer. It works great. I have recommended it to several friends. Easy to use and a good value."

"I'm happy with the fit and cold distribution this wrap provides, and the adjustability of the 4 velcro straps. It gives me at least 20 minutes of cold and that's about right. One thing I'll note is that the listing photo is a little misleading - you'll not be able to bend your knee more than about 20-30 degrees while wearing this, so you'll need to sit somewhere that you can extend your leg out, but that shouldn't be much of a challenge. Also, I was hoping I could get up and walk around if I want to go get a snack or something, but the wrap is heavy and no matter how tight it is, it will start sliding down your leg pretty quick if you try that. Just plan on sitting for twenty minutes - you can do it."
