"I can definitely say I see a difference when I wear them. I have bought these a few times. I will say though that they can't be reused much. They often come off in the middle of the night and tend to be much less sticky even after one use. I do what I can to get a few uses out of them, but I don't think I've ever been able to get it to stick more than 3 times."

"It's necessary to wash it after wearing as it collects dead skin. I would gently rinse it with water and a bit of hand soap. But after about a month the stickiness isn't working as well as it should."
