Earth Friendly alternative to plastic party plates

Can be washed, sort of
"In case you were wondering if this could be re-used, while camping for example, the answer is yes. It withstood several light washings with a damp sponge and even one washing-off of sticky eggs. Putting it under running water for the eggs caused it to absorb water and warp but it was still usable."
Different than photos
"Plate size is correct, 6x4. But the photos show a plate with shallower and shorter rim/sides. And I got plates with taller and deeper sides. So there is a smaller flat plate surface. It’s almost more like a small basket and not a plate."
