"I very much appreciate the short list of ingredients here and the choice of quality methylfolate formula.
The capsules are easy to swallow and we did not experience any issues with them. I like how they are made in the USA and made using natural and vegetarian sources, which is clearly labeled and overall the product is very good.
I deducted a star as they come in a ziplock bag, which easily go squashed, breaking open one of the capsule, which was a bit messy.
Also if you have children at home they could easily open the packaging, unlike most other supplement containers we have at home.
It is worth noting that the capsules I received were a shade of purple (from purple carrots), unlike the white ones shown in the picture."

**The 10mg has purple carrots as coloring for the vegetable capsule, although it was a much older lot than the other sizes and the picture in the listing had white capsules, which makes me think they might be phasing out the coloring, and I got a package that had the older stock. Just a guess.
Very pleased to find this Doctors Scientific Organica in different dosages. To start methylfolate, our doctor told us to step up and finding these sizes helps with that. These sizes allow you to step up with a really pure formula, as the only other ingredients are corn fiber and the vegetarian capsule.
If you have the MTHFR mutation, you should end up taking 15 mg - the same dose as Deplin minus all the artificial colors and other garbage ingredients. Not to mention, this DSO methylfolate is a fraction of the price of Deplin.
My daughter’s doctor kept pushing Deplin, despite her food allergies. A folate deficiency affects mood, anxiety, and more. Very glad to find a methylfolate this pure.
