"I wasn't expecting these to be as sturdy as they are. I use them for cat litter and as long as I don't poke my fingers into the bag - they don't rip and hold everything. They are thinner than normal bags, I am assuming is what contributes to the biodegradable-ness of it. don't put sharps in them and you are good to go!"

"4 stars just because I assume all of these products are a case of green washing, but these work for our needs and they're a reasonable prices at the time of purchase.

Haven't had an issue yet even though they're thin - just use commen sense and don't try to over stuff them or put anything too heavy in them and leave enough space at the top to tie it in a knot.

We use these 6-10 gal bags for multiple uses:
- line our tiny bathroom trash cans
- litter box cleaning with a scoop and pail
- the occasional cat puke clean up
- refrigerator clean outs
- they've been handy in a road trip situation as well"
