"Love these for my sourdough bread!"
Great at keeping bread fresh
"It really does what it’s meant to do. So far, my favorite method of keeping my sourdough boules fresh (better than linen bags or towels, or letting the loaf raw dog it on the counter). However, it is STICKY and is kind of a sensory horror. I hate handling it and the residue it leaves. This also makes it kind of hard to store, since I don’t want it getting on other things — and also, everything sticks to it (cat hair, ugh)."
