"I've used Goody brand ties forever but when I went shopping the other night I opted for a different brand to use to make scrunchies. Two out of two snapped in half before I abandoned them and with no way to get back to the store to replace them, I went on Amazon and found Goody at a very competitive price so I bought several and have not had a single issue with them. "I have fine hair so hair ties slide out too easily when I do anything that involves motion. I tried Goody's other non-slip ties, but they would break after a week of use as they were mostly just rubber bands. So far, I'm still on the first hair tie for this brand/model and it's been about a month or so already. The stretch isn't there, so I can't tie it as tight as I'm used to, but I've noticed that is not needed with the silicone wrapping they have on these ties. When taking the ties out, I don't really pull out my hair in the process so that's a huge plus. I certainly prefer these hair ties the most, especially if you have fine hair that has a hard time staying tied up with normal hair ties."

"I LOVE these hair ties! I have very long, thick hair and have always struggled to put my hair up in a ponytail or bun because my hair is so heavy and thick. Once I found these, the struggle was over! They keep my hair up all day long without the need to redo. The do stretch out over time but they do the job until the day that they pop, which is at least six months or so. I used these for my daughter's ballet bun for dance recital as well. It kept a tight bun, even on her very fine hair, throughout the night. I recommend these all the time. They are the best on the market, IMO."
