"I'll start by saying I do intend to continue using these mailers and I do think they are currently the nicest eco-friendly mailers for a reasonable price available right now. However don't expect the quality to always be the same.

I've ordered these 2 times, the first order had both green and pink mailers and they all looked great. I love the matte finish (not super soft touch matte but not a cheap gloss feel like most mailers). However on the 2nd order although all looked good at first I started pulling mailers out with horrible printing streaks all through them, most of the 2nd pack was like this I'm mad at myself for not taking a photo of the actual worst ones before mailing them out but because I had a huge batch of nearly 300 pre-orders to ship out I didn't have time to get a replacement pack in time or fuss about with taking pics or waiting on the seller so I unfortunately had to just ship out a bunch of kind of terrible looking mailers that are going to end up making my shop look not super great at a glance. This I'm not super pleased with and does make me hesitant to order in bulk like I was planning to do.

The adhesion is great, i actually have to cut them open if i need back into a bag, once it sticks there is no opening it back up. I really wish they had a second adhesive strip and perforation like the EcoEnclose bags that make them re-usable either after a customer receives it for their use or for if i need to get into a bag again and re-seal it. The durability is great, no issues so far with that.

Furthermore I was a little put-off by the fact that if you follow the info on the bags and go to their official website their prices are insane (about double) for the exact same mailers even if you try ordering the largest bulk pack available the price is still higher /pc than jsut buying 300 on amazon. Upon emailing about it they just claimed it costs more to advertise and get people to buy on their website (which come on you literally stamp your website on thousands if not millions of bags that people pay money to buy and mail out as free advertising for you so I don't buy it). I'm not entirely sure of the real reason for this but it's just sketchy enough to put me off a bit and wonder what is really going on, I was just happy to find that they are actually the official seller and this isn't some scam company trying to sell knock-offs.

I used to use fancy holographic, printed and metallic mailers but wanted to get away from single use plastics as both myself and many customers are sick and tired of waste packaging and destroying our planet at horrifying, unsustainable rates so I started using EcoEnclose mailers. Those are wonderful and if you don't need colorful mailers I can't recommend them enough, they seem to truely care about the eco-friendly aspects and don't sell anything that doesn't align with that goal. I still use them for some of my mailers and if they ever come out with a reasonably priced colored option I'll likely not order these ever again.

I got these out of frustration with most eco-friendly mailers being really ugly or plain which is sadly the case with the current selection of EcoEnclose mailers without getting into incredibly pricey custom printing and massive MOQ. So for now these are a great way to keep packages exciting for customers while using plastics that are already in the system which it turns out is generally better than "compostable" or most paper options for the environment but just be ready to check them all when they arrive to make sure they didn't send poorly printed garbage because their quality control is clearly not on top of it. I'm hoping they will comp me something for this batch and that this isn't truely a 50/50 chance to get bad prints and rather an odd mistake but either way, keep an eye out.

I mentioned this issue to the seller and was relieved to find they back their product enough to send me a new batch to replace the poorly printed ones! The new batch looks much better and I'm relieved to know that if there is quality issues their customer service will make it right. Because of this I am upping my rating to 4stars despite the problem with the streaky batch."

"I've never had an issue with this product until this order. About 20 of my bags appear as if blood had been on the feeder/roller (or whatever) before it was packaged. Otherwise a great product but this does give me pause and am now curious about the working conditions in the factory."
