    "These are pretty decent plastic knives. I would not quite rate them "heavy duty" as they are a little more "bendy" than name-brand heavy duty plastic knives, but they're close. They should work great for most basic uses, but getting chunky peanut butter out of the jar and spreading it are a little difficult with these knives. They do seem like they would be less likely to snap than other brands, and they are likely far more environmentally friendly than other brands. Even the packaging contains no plastic and is recyclable."

    "These compostable knives are functional. They are a bit unusual because the knife part of the utensil is smaller than usual. But they function well for events where other disposable cutlery would be used. These are a bit more flexible than plastic or other compostable knives, and so less likely to snap under pressure."
