"I was excited to try this and see the foaming action, hoping I could pull foam up above the water line with a brush to clean the upper part of the bowl. But the foam action is minimal and dipping the brush in the water and trying to use the upper part of the bowl didn't work. I needed to clean by hand.

The scent is a little strong at first but it decreases which is good since I'm sensitive to odors. This product is OK but I'm looking for something that works better for me."

These tabs foam up nicely and self-clean about one-third to half of the bowl. But a quick 30-second scrub with a brush will do the trick to clean the rest. Viola! Squeaky clean bowl. Also, the lemon cedar smell is fantastic! I like to toss one in the bowl and let it sit for an hour or so. It makes the bathroom smell really nice. I will buy these again."
