"Six weeks out from my bilateral mastectomy and making sure everything was healed, I tried this product. What's nice about the roll is that it's continuous, unlike the strips I previously tried. I had good coverage too by comparison. The box of strips (not this company) were used up with one use @ a cost of $14. I still have a lot left on the roll. They were not meant for nor do they fix the puckering of my skin where lympth nodes were removed. I will be going for PT soon where they will massage, do cupping, weight exercise and use the silicone tape on my scars. I don't plan on reconstruction because I'm 76 but still would like them to have a good appearance. I leave the tape on for 10 days at a time and showering doesn't affect their sticking power. After removal, I wait a day to give my skin time to breathe, massage with oil, then apply them again. Don't use lanolin-based soap or any oil or cream on the scars before applying + pat and air dry well. I think PT will help so much also for range of motion, keeping lymphadema at bay and happiness with my new appearance.
