"This was interesting after buying the cap for your head I decided to start exploring into other products very similar. I love that this is not the gel or the beads or all those other inserts that have like a consistency to them. This feels like one of those pads that you lay your hands on to type. I put it in the freezer it truly does get cold. I have a pretty decent size neck I would say that it equals to the size pants of 12 women's. However this felt like it didn't get to the neck bone as much as it did the sides of my neck. I will keep trying and I'm sure there's many things that you can do with this. Overall the concept of it is quite Nice that you can velcro it. I most certainly will use this it just feels like a neck brace when you Velcro it on your neck. But maybe the stability of that being somewhat like a neck brace is also a way to relax the neck. So I will continue to purchase these types of items that have this type of padding cooling system in it I think they're the best out there."

"This Neck Ice Pack Wrap is so comfortable to use, we immediately ordered a second one! It comes with a nice plastic zipper sleeve to protect it while in the freezer. The gel inside is somewhat thicker feeling than most (we have accumulated a wide variety of these sort of cold therapy wraps) and the covering is super soft and comfortable. You can put the fuzzy side next to your skin or, for faster cooling effect, use the opposite side. Either way, the included hook-and-loop strap (also super comfortable) can be easily attached and adjusted for your size neck. We have not had the usual problem with frost covering the neck wrap when removed from the freezer, so you don't have that hassle, either. Very highly recommended. Stays cold a long time."
