"Finally a mop designed with a computer, not a pre-k child. This mop is neither flashy nor colorful. It's not intended for commercial purposes. It is an elegantly designed white colored mop perfectly capable for residential applications. The bucket is not round shaped, but rectangular (so it can fit in small tight spaces).
Is it perfect? No, it has a few flaws here and there. It works well but you need to get used to it.

The major areas of improvement are:
1 the weight: The bin is very light. If you use the mop to remove water from the floor and the bin is empty, every time you put the mop inside the bucket , when you pull it out, you need to hold the bin down. If the bin had a double bottom, to fill it up with water, or a weight to fix on the bottom, this would solve that problem.
2 the retention spring, to fold the mop head, before inserting into the mop bin, is to strong. You need to apply a good deal of manual pressure to unfold the mop head. All in all it is a big improvement from the traditional old mop."

"I always used a flat mop because I love the streak free finish, but I got tired of taking it off every couple minutes to rinse it out AND they also failed to stick to the mop after awhile. So I bought a vacuum/hard floor cleaner. It was bulky and the constant changing of water was annoying.
Then after all is said and done, my socks still pick up dirt.

I love the simplicity of this product. I was skeptical at first, but I figured I could send it back if necessary. "Before I used a attached bottle stick spray mop, with replace and washable pads.. I felt I had to soak some areas more to get clean. And if someone in house did not sweep prior to mopping. I was changing out the pads often. Mostly, I had to fill bottle with solution often. So once I purchased this Brilliant MOP, I did not need to really dust mop before mopping, just flush it through a few times and it was clean ready to mop, but to not get soaking floors you need to flush water out before mopping a few times.. you can tell how soak or not mop is. My water I can use it twice depending how dirty floor is of course. But if you keep that up. Water can last there for 3 days. And add Alcohol in water, helps dry faster on Ceramic tile. And sanitation is key. But I really really love the mop! To me I feel my tile gets cleaner Thank you ????"
