"One of my new favorite beauty finds. I now use these every single day. I start my day with a shower, then instantly put these on until I am ready to get dressed. they are easy to use, just pull the strip from the back and place on neck or chest, then leave them on as long as you possibly can. Remove by peeling it off and place it right back onto the strip it came off of. If they start to become less sticky, I just use a clean sponge with a little soap, then wash it down until it is clean again. I also only use it after the shower, when my skin is already clean.
