This kit is excellent since it comes with all cotton packs. It ALSO contains black castor oil which is It is cold pressed oil! Look it up on internet. The packs are very well made and washable. Once you begin to notice the changes (hair, nails and skin) you will be motivated to see why so many people swear by castor oil…your going to love this kit. I purchased mine as a gift for a dear friend who is always complaining of this pain…or that pain. I believe this kit will help her."
