"I bought this due to a severely ripped rotor cuff. Until I have surgery (1+ months), I needed something to hold me over, well to try and hold me over.
I think this is a GREAT product, but I can't give this a 5 star, I'm only going by the pain I'm in. I'm sure if you had a sprain, worked out hard, or have some minor issues, this WILL be the product for you. For me, it is temporary and not a lot can be done yet.
I will say, that after my surgery, when I'll be using this, I will come back online and add an additional review to it."
