Great product, but little flexibility right out of freezer.
"Used this for a broken foot and sprained ankle combo. It is super hard and not that flexible right out of the freezer which makes it difficult to mold to foot and ankle at first. Once it starts to defrost, it works great and provides the ice treatment needed to sooth the pain. I would recommend taking it out of the freezer about 15-20 minutes before using for it to be more flexible and comfortable when wrapping it around your foot/ankle."

"I have a chronic ankle injury that I regularly have to ice. In the past I just used ice packs but they always fall off while I sleep etc. This ice ankle wrap is perfect even gives a little bit of compression with it depending on how tight you make it. Definitely worth the $, wish I had purchased sooner!!"
