"This hip/groin ice pack is the perfect choice for recovery from hip replacement surgery. The straps hold it in the right place, and it makes life easier to control swelling and pain.

The straps are long and high quantity. The pack is gel, so when it is frozen its pliable and easy to form to your needs. It is fabric on one side, so it doesn't frostbite your skin. The pack comes with a plastic storage bag and I recommend keeping the pack in it while in the freezer to keep ice odors off of the fabric.
