They work!
"Terrific product that does away with drips after peeing in the great outdoors. I always bring one hiking/camping/trekking and also carry one in my car for those roadside pit stops in more remote areas. These are handy (love the snap handle), absorb well, are truly odor resistant, and their pretty fabric disguises their use. I clip one to the back of my backpack and no one on knows what are they are unless I tell them (which I usually do out of my enthusiasm for their usefulness!)."
