"Wow! This is by far the most comfortable ice pack I've ever used. It feels like it's an extension of your own body and skin. It's got some weight to it so you might think, "oh, this is going to be heavy," but it really isn't. It simply feels like it belongs on your body. This fits the parts of the back of your neck that you probably wish other packs did. I'm hypermobile and get horrible neck pain and migraines and this covers where I need it to. It's soft, smooth, comfortable, and reaches your neck and shoulders really well. My only complaint, like others, is that it doesn't stay cold for long. You'll get 15 good minutes from it and then it starts warming significantly. I hope on the future they are able to find a way to keep it the same but with extra cooling time."

"I bought the neck one and the shoulder/neck one. These do not get very cold and do not last very long. Half hour at the most and if the temperate isn’t very cold from the start it’s not very helpful.

The shoulder/neck one, this one, I wanted for the sides of my neck and back of the neck. It laid nicely on those parts but the lack of coldness and length of the coldness is not going to work. The middle of the back section did roll up some. I knew before buying this that it was already going to be a pain to put on for someone who lives alone but thought maybe there would be a way around that. The second time I put it on I managed to do it overhead and it was put on flipped over so label faces down. So if you leave it velcroed from a prior use you can leave it velcroed and put it on over your head and like flip it behind your neck and twist it around - hard to explain sorry.

I thought I would like the posture helper part but it actually might hurt my neck more which is the main part of my body with pain and where I wanted the ice pack. It’s possible that’s it’s simply too tight. But the coldness doesn’t last very long so I’m not sure it’s worth hanging onto.

I have fibromyalgia and deep muscle chronic pain so this might be why I didn’t experience any relief or gain benefit from it.

I’m not sure what’s in this but you cannot puncture the gel by pushing you finger into it. I don’t see how this item would leak. It does have a chemical smelling sticky residue that I noticed on the neck one if you touch it from the freezer when it’s on your neck."
