"While these look cool and come with a neat case, I found these to be a little tricky to put in your ears and they really didn't block sound that well.

First off, getting them into your ear comfortably so they are flush with your ear and not sticking out at a weird angle is a bit of a task. The directions suggest putting them in your ear and rotating clockwise until they fit snugly. I found myself having a hard time rotating them once they were in my ear. I felt like I was jamming my fingers in my ear to get a grip on the plug.

Secondly, once they were in my ears snuggly, it didn't feel like they were blocking much sound. I had the largest sized tips on the plug and even then, I think I would worry about my hearing if I was at a loud concert or using noisy equipment. I tested these out while watching a baseball game and even with them in my ears properly, I could still hear every word the announcers were saying with the TV volume at a normal to low level.

While better than no ear protection at all, for the price of this one pair, I think I could get 200 pairs of good old fashioned foam earplugs. Not only would they be easier to get in and out of my ears, but I think they would provide more sound blocking and hearing protection than these Musicozy soft ear plugs."

"I got to test these out during a big worship event which had a live band Friday and Saturday. Sundays are almost as loud as a concert, so I figured I could really use these at the event. They worked, but unfortunately they wouldn't seal properly in my ears. I tried everything...twisting, pushing inwards. No matter what size I tried they wouldn't fit because the peg that the ear pieces connect to is too wide for my ear openings. They look nice though! If I held a finger on each of the earplugs (while they were at my ear openings) they worked perfectly. Another thing that I liked is that they stayed in the ear when they were loose. That's good so you can loosen them temporarily so you can hear someone talk and not lose them. They come with a small case so you can store them in your pocket."

"I got these to help with sensory issues that trigger my anxiety. They are comfortable in my ears, and I don't have any trouble putting them in (they are similar to my galaxy earbuds). However, they don't dampen sound quite as much as I would like. I think the reduction is in line with what they state in the ad, but it is less than what I was hoping for. If you just need a slight lowering of the volume, these are fine. Just don't expect a major difference."
