"This is an OK cleansing balm. A small amount is all you need. Does a good jog removing makeup but felt like I needed to use a regular cleanser after. Not crazy about the dented tin."

"I'm a redhead so I have dry skin. I only use oil cleansers and cleansing balms to clean my face. I have tried so many different types from cheap to the more expensive. I absolutely love the Burt's Bees oil cleanser. I was shocked to find out they have a cleansing balm, and I decided to purchase it when I came across it on this site. The reason why I went with the cleansing bomb is because I haven't tried it, plus it's a Burt's Bees product and it seems like you would get more ounces than other cleansing balms. When I opened the package it was melted and I thought to myself that's fine that happens, even though it's not hot where I'm at right now, it's October. So I decided to use the cleanser and it burnt my skin especially if he got close to my eyes. Every other oil cleanser or cleansing balm I have used I could rub it on my eyes and it never Burns to get eye makeup or mascara off. When I went to use water to rinse it off, it was impossible to rinse it off. I literally had to use a washcloth to rub it off my face and then use soap and water, which is the worst thing for my skin. I know it's not the shop owners fault but I will not be purchasing this again I will just stick with the other cleansing oil."
