"I have psoriasis in my right ear. The psoriasis acts like a grain of sand in a clam that creates a pearl. The irritation of the psoriasis constantly makes the skin shed and the wax buildup to try to protect it just like the nacre or on a pearl. My ear becomes completely blocked a few times a year, and before I had to go to a doctor, who would have to sit there and manually flush or try to pick it out. This little machine worked fabulously. I wish I would’ve taken a picture of what came out of my ear, but it probably would’ve grossed out a lot of folks. This will keep me from having to make doctors appointments and save $50 a co-pay for an office visit."

"You must pay attention to the instructions/directions when using this device. I placed it too close in my ear canal, which caused water to be lodged in the canal (swimmers ear), had to shake my head around and allow the water to creep out on it's own. I think it's best if you use this device with another person around, instead of by yourself like i did. It comes with a lot of pieces which I like, especially the cape to protect you from the water and any ear debris. Even with all the great things that I stated, I'm sure you are wondering why I gave it a three star review, primarily because I am tainted by the swimmers ear and I'm nervous to use it alone again. But worth the price and it works great, so don't let my experience discourage you."
