These ear plugs have a ring that rotates to sit flush with the ears which makes it great for side sleepers without any tip protruding from the ear and jamming into a pillow. The ring makes it easy to insert and remove the plugs. The soft rubber ear tips are cupped and provide a seal around the ear canal for a comfortable fit that blocks noise from entering. The plugs can be hand washed with soap and water or wiped down with alcohol to remove ear wax and epithelial/skin for safe sanitary use."
