All natural cleaning sponge and durable- 100% zero plastic
" It's a sturdy sponge, typical size, cleans well and love that the packaging includes absolutely zero plastic!!! ???? I've been using it for the past 3 weeks and have been able to clean all surfaces, from stainless steel to iron cast to regular pots and pans. Definitely recommend if making a switch to eco friendly products. I will also be signing up for subscribe and save."
Not quite as robust as Scotch bright non scrub (wavy ones)
"This is in comparison to the blue wavy Scotch bright non scratch sponges. They both weigh 13 g dry, but this one feels denser, it's harder to scrub the inside of cups or small spaces. It's probably because the brown scrubby portion is thicker. Dimensionally it's very similar to the blue sponge. Since this is thicker, it retains water longer, so I would suspect this one will start smelling sooner.
I'm not sure if I'd trust this on my nonstick cookware (I don't even use the blue regular Scotch bright sponges).
When I scrubbed my air fryer toaster oven basket, the fibers started coming off (Scotch bright did not lose fibers). The picture is of a 2 day old sponge (the sponge is cut in half, sponges are expensive!), the brown side had no deformations before the air fryer basket. I scrubbed one side with Scotch bright, the other with this sponge and both sides seem to be equally clean.
After being wrung out, it survived a 2 min stint in a 1100 watt microwave (to disinfect). I'm not sure if coconut fibers are allowed to be microwaved.
I love the idea of being eco friendly, but these are over double the cost of my favorite blue sponges from the warehouse club. The price for these are on par with the blue sponges if I buy the 3 pack from the grocery store."
