Nice, soft, dense brushes. Fit in the zipper enclosed case very well. Full face and eye look set.
"•Overall Impression:
-This is a very nice makeup brush set for a full face and eye look that comes in a nice zipper enclosed brush storage and carrying bag.
-It's especially nice as the brush bag is long enough to not press on the bristles, and holds a full set of brushes. It's a good travel or portable set in a compact case that secures better than a brush roll as it fully zips up for full closure and brush protection.
• Pros-what I liked and what worked well:
-Good value for the quality, style and amount of brushes in the set.
-Full sized brushes and handles, not shorter travel sized.
-Synthetic, cruelty free bristles.
-The bristles are very soft but dense. They remind me of the softer almost faux goat hair Real Techniques brushes from some of the limited collections, that are finer and less stiff than the normal ones. If you like that softer, a bit more flexible, less stiff style of brush, these are a lot like that.
-Nice quality brushes and case.
-You can do a full face and eye look with just this set, but may need to add a few brushes of your own (eyeliner, brow, mascara spoolie). You may need to use some brushes for dual use if you do contour, highlight and bronzer though. 12 total brushes are included.
-The brushes perform well for the functions they were designed for and are well shaped.
-The pink case coordinates well with the pink brushes. Both are a bright pink.
-The case is a faux leather fully zippable style with brush pockets sewn into the interior. The zipper is sturdy and is a dual zipper that meets in the middle. It secures completely and easily vs a brush roll. I much prefer this style of case to a tie shut brush roll.
-The case is longer than a lot of cases and brush rolls. It allows plenty of room for the longer length of the brushes and doesn't compress or ruin the bristles.
-The case holds the brushes well and they are easy to get in and out of the case. It lays out open well when fully unzipped. It has a smooth inner finish that will be easy to spot clean as needed.
-The brushes have pink painted wooden handles with a tapered, pointed end. They won't stand up by themselves due to the tapered end. The brand is printed on the brush.
-They wash and dry well with no issues with shedding or dye running.
-No shedding issues.
-Has no unpleasant scent to the brushes or case.
• Cons-what I didn’t like and what didn’t work well:
-They don't print the style and type of brush on the brush, just the brush brand.
-No mascara spoolie, brow brush or fine liner brushes are included, you'll need your own.
• Tips & Thoughts:
-If you do contour, highlighter and bronzer, you will likely have to use one of the brushes as a dual use brush for more than one product.
-For travel, this is a great set that's compact, portable and secures well with the zipper. The case is slim and doesn't waste space in a bag. It holds a lot and utilizes the space well."
Really great set
"I really like the color, variety, and quality of the brushes that came in the set. The brush case however had huge holding spaces compared to the size of the brush handle which allows the brushes to fall out easily if the case is not closed completely.
I do recommend the brush set for beginners who need multiple brushes."
Soft brushes, portable packaging
"This is a great makeup brush set!
I don’t often use a full face of makeup so I’m not very knowledgeable about the application of each brush but I find these brushes to be very useful.
It would be great for traveling or simply doing your makeup on the go, knowing you have just about every brush you would need.
The included case has ample space & length for all of the brushes, never getting caught in the zipper
The brushes are mostly full and very soft. The pink color would make a pretty addition to your vanity.
My only dislike is that some of the narrower brushes slip out of the holder at times. This can be inconvenient on the go. Some elastic around the holders would’ve addressed this issue."
