Haven't tried heating this, but supposedly you can do that with it. Also came with a Velcro extender if the straps are not quite long enough."

"Current price $29.99. My guy is an avid golfer. Now that he is older, he is more prone to shoulder injuries. I ordered this hoping it would help his pain in his shoulder. Once it arrived, I put it in the freezer. As soon as it was cold, he put it on and he said it was incredible and it was so helpful. There are three snaps that create a sleeve and you just put your arm through the hold and then velcro it close on your body. He did feel it took a minute for him to get it tight enough so it would stay in place. He said it really helped his sore shoulder. 4 Stars. Hope you find this review and pictures helpful. It says you can use it hot or cold. For the type of issues he has, cold is what's required. Got cold quickly and stayed that way a while. The pad is made out of a thick gel and is comfortable to wear."

"This shoulder ice pack is generously sized and fits perfectly on your shoulder. It is effective in alleviating shoulder pain. I had been overdoing it with VR boxing and needed to soothe my sore shoulders with ice. I appreciate that it can be used for both hot and cold therapy, but, in my experience, it works best as an ice pack. It takes approximately 2 hours to prepare for about 20 minutes of cold therapy, and for heat therapy, it only needs about 50-60 seconds in the microwave.
