"For starters, if anyone read the whole listing and still came away a little confused as to what these razors are made of, they are plastic (except the blades). I wasn't totally sure until the moment I opened them if these were made of cardboard or what, but they're made of plastic.

I haven't had them long enough to tell if they'll really biodegrade in a timely manner, but regardless, these are only good for one use due to the comments below, so probably not great for the environment.

Anyway. These will do in a pinch but I probably wouldn't reach for them unless traveling. They give a decent shave (I shaved my legs with it) but the blades clog with hairs and there is no good way to rinse them out between strokes. If you look closely at the listing pictures, you'll notice there is not much of an opening on the back of the razor head. So, when you rinse the blades to get hairs out, the hairs don't have anywhere to go and they just stay stuck in between the blades.

As a result, unless your hair is very, very short and you're just trying to get a little stubble, you can use these razors just once.

The handles are very lightweight and not slippery at all, so they're fine to use in the shower. I like that each razor comes with a cover for the blades, so you can put it in a toiletry bag without fear of getting sliced. The covers are easy to take off and put on without getting your fingers too close to the blades.

But for the value you get and the design issue that causes hairs to clog the blades, I probably would try something else."

"I shave quite a bit and wanted to give these a go to see how they differ from other products. At first glance I was like ok they seem durable and they! The quality is shown. The problem is the actual razor blades in them selves. I have been shaving for over 10 years and know how to shave but these cut and pull often. I wouldn't recommend these for more personal areas."
