In the past, I've tried cloth cushions, but they were so thick and firm, they were impossible to wear and would cause me more pain with than without. These, on the other hand are made of a thin silicone like material that has little pockets of gooey cushion. They're transparent, so you can wear them with any variety of shoe types without them being seen, and they're comfortable to the point that I barely notice them there!
In addition to alleviating the injuries on the balls of my feet, I also like the idea that they're removable and reusable, so they also protect the cleanliness and wellbeing of my shoes. And they come with three sets, which is SO convenient and an amazing value considering the reasonable price and high quality of the foot pads.

"These pads are super thick and cushy. They are easy to use and stay in the shoe. They provide extra cushion exactly where I need it. They are a clear color which is preferred because if you wearing more of an open type shoe the pad is not noticeable. These are good quality and you get 3 pairs for a decent price."
