"I have been dealing with ADHD and extreme (nearly crippling anxiety) my whole life. I never thought that a major factor of it was my hearing.

-I couldn’t go to the store without being angry or almost having a panic attack because of the noise of the carts slamming when I took one out of the dispenser, the people just having conversations with loved ones that I tried desperately not to overhear but I couldn’t, the stupid music on the intercom, children screaming, etc.
-I couldn’t stand the sound of my dogs breathing in the other room, let alone in the room with me!
- I was beginning to get receding gum lines because I did a rush job on brushing my teeth every morning… I had no clue it was because I hated the sound of it!

- I couldn’t talk loud enough for my family to hear me because I hated the sound of my voice Echoing off the walls!

There’s so much stuff that these things help me deal with, they’re literally life savers!
I wear them almost 24/7. I had to buy the ones where I can still hear my babies if they need me. I actually tried out the Loop Quiets for when I go out to town on a weekend and it’s extra crazy out… I didn’t like those. The suction in my ears was so intense that I got sick. I sent those back with the quickness and just stay away from town on the weekends! Lol
At work, they’re a game changer! I haven’t been stressed out by customers talking to me since I’ve had these things! I’m a flower vendor for a Home Depot. Customer service isn’t in my job description, but I do have customers thinking that I’m a store associate a lot and it used to frustrate the hell outta me. I loved my job, but the customers almost made it not worth going in, especially the rude ones, and the extremely loud intercom of course made it so much worse! Now I have no issues whatsoever and I just plain love my job! If I need to hear a bit better because the person I’m talking to is talking too softly, I’ll just take them out for a sec and stick them in my pocket. I’m hyper aware that they’re there because I need them right when they’re done talking so I hurry and get them back in asap. They’re almost like an addiction at this point! Lol

One day I was extremely exhausted and for some odd reason I took them out and stuck them in my pocket. When I got home I did a bunch of stuff and was beginning to get stressed. My husband said “Do you have your fruit loops?” (He thinks he’s funny???? lol). I reached in my pocket and I only had one. I started panicking and he said to calm down and order another pair with expedited shipping (because he knew how badly I needed them). Literally, the day that I received my second pair in the mail I found the loop that I lost behind the trash can in our utility room. I was about to send the ones I just ordered back, and my husband said “No! Your quality of life depends on those things! You need a backup!” He was right!… and now when my 10 month old is screaming in his ears from teething, my husband needs them too! Lol so it was a “happy accident”! I leave the second pair in the little case and in my car’s dash compartment!

Pro Tip: you can buy the mutes and a whole pack of the right fit replacement plugs on the Loop website! On extreme days, I do need the mutes and they’re absolute gold as well! Then for the future, when my plugs get worn out, I don’t have to worry about buying a new set of Loops! I have the replacement plugs! So awesome!

If you have tinnitus, Hyperacusis , ADHD, sensory issues, and ESPECIALLY anxiety, I can’t recommend these more! They’re stylish, comfortable, and worth every penny!"

"Do these work amazing? Yes. I am an adult with autism and loud noises are very unnerving. I had my last straw the other day when I took my kid to his taekwondo class. They slap the two hand targets together and it makes a clap I can feel in my bones. I couldn't take it and had to step out.
I want to be able to hear what's going on. I want to be able to hear any corrections or kudos that are given to my son during class. So I refused to use earplugs.
These do exactly what I need them to. I can hear myself talk and I can hear what's being said to me. But it dulls the loud noises and drowns out the background sound. I still have not had a chance to test them in class. But I am sure they will make a huge difference.

I am struggling on what rating to give this because I cannot BELIEVE the pricetage on these. They cost as MORE than decent Bluetooth earbuds. Funilly enough it's pretty difficult to find ear plugs that don't completely block noise. I get why they aren't popular. I think pretty much only people with autism and misophonia (spelling?) are going to want these... that doesn't really sit well with me though. The fact that they are charging so much for these. You can tell they are cheap to make. They come with a small case that is very on the cheap side as well. Nothing to keep the buds together, like a string or something... so if u lose one they are useless.
I've just been sitting here appreciating how much these work and I truly love them but the more I love them the more uneasy I feel about the price. At MOST these should cost 20$. But honestly I think the fair price should be 15$. I keep trying to come up with reasons why this company is charging almost FORTY DOLLARS for this and I can't come up with any, other than they are taking advantage of people who truly NEED these to not feel overwhelmed in regular situations. I guess that's why it doesn't sit right with me. That has to be their consumer pool. People who have a mental condition.

I'm gonna give it 4 stars. Because they absolutely do what they are supposed to. And they are an amazing tool to feel normal for someone like me. I really appreciate the fact these exist. I just hope this company sees my review. Lower the freaking price. It feels predatory. If you lower that price you'll have a customer for life from me. Until then I'm gonna be hounding for a similar product from someone else. Eventually I'll find one. I'm very persistent. Until then you certainly do have my head over a barrel. And to that I say touché. You got me.

I tied the pieces together so I don't lose them. I will do whatever I can to get my money's worth out of these. Gonna be passing them on to my children's children. Gonna pass them from generation to generation because that's the only way I will get my money's worth out of these. xD

"I suffer from Misophonia and had been praying for a solution. My sister-n-law surprised me with a gift of these ear plugs. Yes, God does listen to your prayers! She got me the Engage Plus Earplugs which has 2 extra pairs of little rubbers that fit inside the ear plugs, offering a little more noise reduction. I bought this regular pair of Engage and saved $10 since the other set comes with 2 pairs of the extra little rubbers. However, if you want that additional noice control option, and I think you will, get the Loop Engage Plus. These ear plugs allow me to watch TV, while not noticing my family's eating habits around it. I can carry on conversations, and hear the TV with them in. It's such a relief to have them now, and keep a pair in my purse also. They drown out snoring and all kinds of irritating noises, but stop dull, monotonous sounds only. You will hear sharper sounds. I am very greatful to have them. As one of Jehovah's Witnesses I pray often, and this is proof that God listens. I'm sharing the knowledge of these plugs with others as much as I am able. Misophonia is very difficult to live with. This truly has been a solution for me. Anyone who wants to get rid of annoying sounds will like these plugs. Loop also has two other type of ear plugs available, with different noise blocking capabilities. ????"
