Works fine, but impossible to dry!
"1st: not easy to properly distribute the material within the fabric tube. Had to squish it around after first rain 2nd: after rain dragged onto pavement, in the sun & open air. 2 weeks later still waiting for it to dry. When wet weights a ton!"
You need to get them wet.
